10 ppm Max THC an Int’l Trade Violation?

At 10 ppm max THC for hemp foods while the US is at 3,000 ppm, has Canada established an illegal non-tariff trade barrier in violation of USMCA (née NAFTA) and other international trade treaties? Especially since it appears Health Canada enforces it only on imports?

And the same for the E.U. and its new 3.75/10 ppm limits.

If the Land of Prohibition and Drug Tests doesn’t have a problem with a liberal max THC in foods, why should Canada and Europe?
