Going to try CBD for the first in an effort to reduce anxiety a bit. Have I got everything right?
Just writing this post as a kind of final check before I embark on my CBD journey. For context I have been suffering from GAD and occasional panic attacks for the past 4 years or so. I have made a lot of improvements, but recently quarantine has made things slightly more difficult, and it coincided with me coming off my SSRI
I need something that will slightly lower the symptoms of anxiety, even if as a placebo, so that I can regain my confidence with handling panic. I have reviewed a lot of options and decided to give CBD a try and see if it works for me!
Based on what I have read on this sub, it seems a full spectrum CBD oil might be the best choice for me. I have been looking at brands and searching on this sub and it seems CBDDistillery comes up quite frequently as a safe and trustworthy brand. I am considering starting with very low dosages, probably 5-10mg a day taken via oil in the morning, and after a week or so I will measure how I feel and see if it's worth increasing the dosage or not.
Is there anything I'm missing? Any tips you would give me?
