We don’t call beer “intoxicating barley,” wine “intoxicating grape,” vodka “intoxicating potato,” or whisky “intoxicating corn.”
Then why do we call bizarre forms of THC chemically-converted ostensibly from CBD “intoxicating hemp?”
Much like “recreational marijuana,” it sounds like a prohibitionist’s tool. (All phytocannabinoid use is medicinal.)
Call them what they are: “THCx” or “Frankenoids” or “Altnoids” or just… “a hoax.”
PS: Texas just banned them, bringing the total to over 40 IIRC. Federal legality won’t matter if each state bans them, the current lobbying effort might all be for naught.
