China Looks to Africa for Hemp

China, long the world’s hemp superpower, has a calorie and fiber deficit in supporting its 1.4 billion mouths to feed.

Calories as in food, and fiber as in the packaging for that food.

So it looks to Africa to fix that, and the once-colonized continent is more than willing to pick up the slack.
