U.N. Blocked by the 10th Amendment

State by state is the way to progress this, same with CBD in foods. States are the “laboratories of democracy.” Force USDA’s hand, one state at a time.

That Constitutional novelty, the Tenth Amendment, is what allows states to legalize CBD foods and hemp fodder just like it does all the regulated marijuana states.

It’s also what is confounding the United Nations and its drug treaties: the states are not signatories just the federal is, but the Feds can’t enforce it upon the states.

Another anomaly in the system, each state issuing drivers licenses, is why one can’t trade it for an EU license. The Euro system has a hard time with the American one.

“The South Dakota Industrial Hemp Association is asking the South Dakota legislature to support farmers by approving hemp as animal feed as Montana did last year.”
