The “Medical Marijuana and Cannabidiol Research Expansion Act” was written by a Prohibitionist group funded by opioid sellers (Project SAM).
It passed last week and some of the clueless on our side celebrated it. The oxymoronically-titled bill actually criminalizes CBD and erects obstacles to research.
