This is something I’ve advocated for years: hempseed oil can legally contain Schedule 1 controlled substances as long as they are natural and unavoidably present, including THC and CBD.
With hemp’s natural 20:1 CBD:THC ratio, 0.3% THC could result in 6% CBD. Legally.
While the story below is regarding England, even in the US FDA indirectly admitted GRAS (similar to NF-exempt in Europe) hempseed oil naturally and unavoidably containing CBD (and THC for that matter) is allowed.
There is one producer I know of in Oregon. In 2004 a U.S. federal court ruled that THC in hemp was legal and had no maximum level.
