This vegan organic tempeh burger containing 10% Hemp Nut was in distribution in the US and Canada, coast-to-coast in supermarkets and natural food stores.
Carnivores loved it because it was hearty and chewy in a way powder ingredients can’t duplicate.
Fortuitously, it was introduced a month before the FDA DSHEA cut-off date, assuring hemp foods would be grandfathered and not subject to New Dietary Ingredient registration.
