CBD for extreme anxiety
Hi all, I need some advice. I've suffered from pretty bad generalized anxiety since around early 2013 (and just recently developed some really bad social anxiety in the past few months), so I've been thinking about trying CBD to see if it helps at all. I've tried CBD products before, but had no luck (maybe I just didn't find the right dose/form?) I was wondering, what would be a good dose and/or ratio for someone with really bad anxiety but wants to be able to function at work and in public. Would it be better for whatever edibles or strain I get to have at least a little THC, or would pure CBD be the way to go?
