Oil or Smoke CBD for chronic nerve pain
Long story short, I have an unknown chronic nerve “sensitivity” that causes immense pain in my legs (ankle to hips.) I live in Illinois so CBD is easy to come by and I have a dispensary in my town. However, which is better? Absorption under the tongue via oil, or smoking?
Also, I’m not sure what dosage. I’ve read 1200 is usually plenty strong enough but it varies per person. Would this be a good starting point?
