Taking CBD for General Health?
My wife and I have just started dabbling in CBD. I have seen the hundreds of dosing posts and what not but all of those seem to be trying to treat a specific condition. Basically keep upping your dose slowly until you see signs of improvement and that is your dosage. But what about taking it for general health?
We are not taking CBD for any specific purpose other than the overall health benefits study's are showing. Which leads us to wonder… how much should we be taking a day since we have no other condition to base our dosage on? Should we even be taking it?
